At Zero Gravity Chairs, we want your new favorite chair to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees, no surprises - just your chair delivered straight to your door.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
6. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@zgchairs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Zero Gravity Chairs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@zgchairs.com and we will try to update it before dispatch.
