1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item - no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
In its original condition - unused and undamaged
In the original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of heavy use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@zgchairs.com with the following information:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item if damaged or defective

We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your chair arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@zgchairs.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Every Zero Gravity Chair goes through strict quality control, but if something slips through, we'll make it right - fast.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your chair for a different color or model, please contact us at hello@zgchairs.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:

Items returned after the 30-day window
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders with an incorrectly provided shipping address where delivery was completed successfully
